Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.)
Imagine if you could create a climate of collaboration where influence and respect triumphed over aggression and “just do what I tell you”.
Imagine leaders, managers and supervisors who could create that climate with an engaged workforce that’s truly invested in making the company a success.
So what do you want to create at your work? Leaders who say they listen but really don’t? Who are promoted due to job expertise but have no “people skills”? Leaders who get the job done but leave a wake of destruction? Of course you don’t want this, right? But is it happening right now at your organization?
What if we told you we can help you fix these problems?
Imagine this is your workplace: Managers who seek others’ input and really hear it. Leaders who enable others to solve their own problems. Leaders that build consensus through collaborative power, not just because of their job title. People who are excited to come to work and work hard to make your company successful?
Truly effective leadership programs? They’re not just about the skills. It’s about what DRIVES them. So what drives YOU?

What Leaders Say about L.E.T....
"L.E.T. has been a constant in my career for the past 20 years. There is not a better education for new leaders, experienced leaders, or for anyone who needs a refresher in leadership communication and effectiveness then L.E.T. It has been impressive to see many leaders' personal and professional lives improved from L.E.T., and witnessing the impact carried over into productivity gains, employee retention, and cost improvement makes it impactful for organizations."
George Schultz, Director of Operations
Amazon Fulfillment, South Carolina
"What makes L.E.T. Powerful and different then other workshops is that it gives simple how-to techniques experienced immediately in the workshop. At Roche, it has helped employee manage up and manage each other with respect and integrity. When the going gets tough it helps us as an organization to find win-win solutions for all. L.E.T. is a life-changing workshop and the skills that one learns are relevant and valuable for all relationships. THANKS YOU DR GORDON!"
Faith Masilo, Head of Human Recourses
Roche Diagnostics, South Africa
"L.E.T. is THE foundational skill development tool we teach to all leaders at Esterline. It teaches our leaders how to be more effective when interacting with one another. It provides the model of behaviors needed to support our People Philosophy, allowing us to create an environment of engagement and participation for all employees of Esterline."
Patrick Day, Director Leadership and Organizational Development Esterline Technologies
"L.E.T. is critically important for an organization such as ours that relies so heavily on direct, person-to-person communication. It is a way of learning how to be more effective in communication so I believe it is pretty fundamental to our basic culture and basic ability to get things done from a business point of view."
Bob Gore, Chairman, W.L. Gore & Associates
"I've seen profound impact that L.E.T. has on the over 7,000 LET graduates I've had the honor of teaching L.E.T. to. The strength of L.E.T. is the focus on skills. When you finish L.E.T., you'll have a better way of talking that will help with your team members, coworkers, boss, spouse and children. I promise you this."
