We are lucky to have Meike Lemmens (pronounce "My-ka") as our instructor and parenting coach. She is a certified International Master Trainer of Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.), Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.), Teacher Effectiveness Training (T.E.T.), and Be Your Best (B.Y.B.) Program. Meike has received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.A. in Communications from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She has 15 years of experience teaching Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) to hundreds of parents, professionals, teachers, pre-school & after school care givers, child care professionals and other P.E.T. instructors across the world. She also has extensive experience in educational research and development of training curriculum for parents and teachers and has published in all of these areas. Her work was most recently published in the Journal for Issues of Mental Health Nursing. Meike lives with her husband in Huntington Beach, CA. They have two terrific kids (17 & 19 years old)

Stefanie Hosman is a Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) instructor and an experienced parenting coach. It’s no coincidence that all four of her children—now young adults between the ages of 18 and 30—are among the warmest, most open, and successful individuals you’ll ever meet. She holds a degree in Parent Coaching from the CIVAS Professional Institute in Haarlem, the Netherlands, and has been a P.E.T. instructor since 2022.
Stefanie previously worked as a team leader at CAST (Child Abuse Service Team) in Orange County, where she supported children and families through some of their most challenging times. She also has extensive hands-on experience as a childcare professional, giving her a well-rounded understanding of children's needs at every stage. As a mother to four children and a grandparent to one, Stefanie brings both professional expertise and real-life experience to her teaching. Whether you’re just starting out as a parent or navigating the challenges of the teen years, she’s the kind of person you want in your court—because she’s truly seen it all and brings that depth to every session. |
